By completing this application and joining our team, you agree to the Rise City Church Standard of Conduct:
  • Have a vibrant, growing relationship with Jesus.
  • Maintain a godly lifestyle as leaders in the body of Christ.
  • Agree with the teaching and ministry of Rise City Church.
  • Honor the authority of our Pastoral Staff
  • Attend Rise City Church regularly before volunteering on team.
  • Complete Discover Rise (Sessions 1 & 2) before volunteering on team.
  • Pass a state and national criminal and sex offender background check.
  • Regularly attend trainings throughout the year (Team Nights)

All volunteers are required to complete Discover Rise when serving on a team.
 
If you have yet to compete both Session One and Session Two, we'll make sure you're scheduled to participate either before or during your first serving opportunity. 

Life Group attendance is not mandatory in order to serve, but if you haven't found a group to belong to, we'd love to help!
